His desire is that the gym belongs to everyone who choses to train there. This team-like environment is for people of all athletic and fitness abilities who want to be a part of a fun, positive and encouraging exercise environment.

The Personal Trainers have experience and expertise training a vast range of people ranging from those early in life (pre-teens) through those who have experienced plenty. If you have a desire to enhance your physical wellbeing, train for an athletic event, be challenged, adopt new exercise habits, or just get a great workout - Team Potts is for you!
Team Potts offers a variety of training packages to best accommodate your fitness goals. Most people train at Team Potts 2-3 times per week and purchase 10-20 sessions at a time. However, introductory packages are available with just 5 sessions to kick-start your specific fitness goals.
Kathi Potts, Co-Owner/Certified Personal Trainer is a triathlete and has been training for over 17 years. She specialized in dynamic group training and looks forward to having fun and inspiring others to be fit and get to their personal best.
Gary Potts is the Co-Owner of Team Potts and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years through N.E.S.T.A. Throughout his career, he has trained individuals at all ages and fitness levels. This includes, but is not limited to professional men and women, professional athletes, young adults, elderly, and everyone in between. Gary’s adaptability is second to none.
Team Potts partners with established and reputable professionals in the health and wellness field. This includes a Clinical Nutritionist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, and Aesthetician.
